March Self-Care Practice

A note on self-care from our Senior Director of Social Impact, Rachel Martin Golman:

When my “lizard brain” fight-flight-freeze system has been activated, when I’m going into a situation that I can anticipate as challenging, or activating, or where I need to maintain my center, composure, dignity, and integrity, or when I just feel the overwhelm of the world, this is my go-to practice. It’s also great as a daily practice - when I commit to it, I find my overall capacity for staying in my dignity and integrity increase. Give it a try!
